Grumpy Old Orc

The passage of time.

Well if the truth is told I think that a Grumpy Old Orc is a pretty fair description of me. Grumpy? Yeah without a doubt. I am at that stage of life where it is oh so easy for the world to tread on my toes or constantly dodder in front of me in the queue at the check-out. Old? Well just see above. If that is not enough proof of my age; when I first started in this hobby most of the staff that now work in the retail outlets were but twinkles in their papas’ eyes. An Orc? Well I suppose I’m more of a goblin really, I am not vicious enough to be an orc. Perhaps an Orc that has lost his  “teef” eh? Anyhow I have a msssive Wagggggh! And no I’m not bragging!

Oh I try other armies. I have simply loads of painted chaos. Still I always return to the boys. I must have a fair old amount of green blood running through my veins. The truth of the matter is that orcs represent the very essence of Warhammer for me. They are fun, they can be very silly and unpredictable, at times they can be very annoying and at other times they can be great entertainment. Yes orcs are the very essence of Warhammer!
